A Week 9 Challenge requires players to place Spy Probes in Fortnite. This guide will show players the locations of where to plant them all.
The final Legendary Quest in Week 9 of Fortnite Season 7 has players placing Spy Probes at three locations on the map. The entire current season of Fortnite has been about collecting the resources and courage to take down Alien Trespassers. In the final Legendary Quest for Week 9, players will need to place Spy Probes in a variety of locations to keep tabs on the Aliens and earn a bit of XP. As the season continues to wind down, Legendary Quests are important for earning any remaining XP needed to complete the Season 7 Battle Pass.
Legendary Quests in Fortnite Season 7 are only available for a limited time. While every quest in the game will close at the end of the season, Legendary Quests only last for a few days within the week they are introduced. In addition, players will need to complete the Legendary Quests in order and won’t have an opportunity to multitask. As the Spy Probes are the last stage of the Week 9 quests, players will need to follow all of Dr. Slone’s other orders from a payphone before they can finish this step. Here is where players can place all of the Spy Probes to complete this Week 9 Legendary Quest in Fortnite Season 7.
Where To Place The Spy Probes in Fortnite
There are eight possible locations for players to place Spy Probes and complete this Week 9 challenge in Fortnite Season 7. Players will only need to choose three out of the possible eight. For maximum efficiency, the best place to go would be the cluster of three Spy Probes to the west of Misty Meadows. They are pretty close to one another, making it easier to collect all three and complete this challenge in a single match. Once completed, players will earn 30,000 XP toward their Fortnite Season 7 Battle Pass.
With many of these “head to this location and interact” Fortnite missions, players should stock up on shields and weapons before heading to this location. Legendary Quest locations will likely be popular for many players looking to earn XP. It’s common for opponents to be the greatest obstacle to completing challenges. Players should always go in prepared for a few skirmishes. With the season coming to a close in September, players are running out of time to reach the top tiers of the Battle Pass. Completing this and future Legendary Quests will be beneficial to give a boost to players looking to unlock the coveted Gold and Prismatic skin styles for the Season 7 Battle Pass characters.
Fortnite is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
